cancellations + rescheduling

cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are non-refundable, but you may apply the full balance toward a future booking.

cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable and not eligible for credit toward another date.

guests + capacity

booking includes access for up to 15 people, please notify us if your shoot will include more guests.

any pets are subject to a $50 pet fee.

studio use

this space is designed for photography, videography, podcasting, content creation and hosting brand meetings. absolutely NO nudity/pornography is allowed.

please refrain from using any glitter, confetti, smoke bombs or open flames. these are not permitted on the premises.

you are welcome to use our speaker system for music, but please keep it at a respectful volume to be mindful of our neighboring businesses.

extensions cords are provided, please do not bring your own

door codes

your personal door code will be sent the morning of your booking, typically 1–2 hours before your scheduled start time. it will be delivered via email (to the address you used during booking) and/OR text (if you provided a mobile number)

• enter the code on the keypad at the studio entrance.

• the door will unlock automatically once the correct code is entered.

• please ensure the door is securely closed and locked when leaving.

set-up + clean-up time

please leave the studio as you found it. this includes returning all props, furniture, and equipment to their original places. dispose of trash in the provided bins. wipe down surfaces if used (cleaning supplies provided on-site)

booking time & overage charges

your booking time includes setup, shoot time, and breakdown/cleanup. please plan accordingly.

if you exceed your booking time, a $5 per minute overtime fee will be charged to the card on file. we strongly encourage you to: book additional time if you expect a complex setup or breakdown. wrap up your session at least 5–10 minutes before the end of your slot.

security cameras

you acknowledge that the studio is equipped with the use of security cameras. there are no cameras in private areas such as restrooms or changing rooms. our cameras help: ensure the safety of all guests and staff, monitor that studio rules and policies are being followed, verify check-in/check-out times for overtime enforcement, protect against theft, damage, or misuse of the space. all footage is stored securely and is only reviewed if a policy issue, safety concern, or incident arises.

damages

you are responsible for any damages that occur during your session. a card must be kept on file for incidentals or damages.

no smoking, non prescription or illegal drugs

partner programs

partner programs can be purchased at the bottom of our booking page. membership hours must be used within the billing month and do not roll over into next month. unused hours will expire at the end of the month. it is the member’s responsibility to schedule and use their allotted time within the month. membership hours are non-transferable and non-refundable. any additional time used beyond the included hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
